• Purchased items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Purchased item/s must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed
• Purchased item/s must be returned with original tags still attached & free of make-up, fragrances & deodorant marks.
• Customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
• Returns will not be accepted for minor alterations like loosening, tightening, or shortening.
• Returns policy does not apply to custom-made or altered items. No refund or exchange in such a case.
• A 360-degree video needs to be submitted on the product arrival and opening of the item.
• Only if we have delivered a wrong size or defective product, we consider refunds or exchange of the products.
